1. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

Products that have been customized or made-to-order are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.



2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on clearance or during special sales.
  • Products with signs of use, installation, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Accessories or parts that are missing from the original packaging.


3. Initiating a Return

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with the product details and issue. Exchanges are subject to product availability.



6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide images or videos of the damaged item for verification. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your preference.



7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies. Contact us at the earliest to request a cancellation.
